Analysed Database

One of the special features of ESTARD Data Miner is the ability to easily use obtained rules and decision trees for searching data patterns in data sets.

For example: you can create if-then rules describing clients, that are likely to be fraudulent, using "cleaned" data. After that, rules can be used to find data patterns containing target customers in other databases.

Search A Database

Analysed database is not used for creation of Statistics, Decision Rules or Decision Trees. It is used for detecting data patterns in it.

You can load the analysed database on the "Search a Database" program tab. To load it use the database loading wizard.

You can select whether to use decision trees or if-then rules for analysis in  Analytic Data Source dialog.

Testing Rules and Decision Trees

The analysed database can be used for testing obtained rules and decision trees. To do so, load the same database that was used for obtaining rules or decision trees. Select profiles you'd like to test in the "Simple Select Query" dialog and process the query. After that you can compare obtained records probabilities to records class field values.
